內容: 1. 會有四個簡單的瑜珈動作; 在每做一個動作之前, Sula會在您的海底輪吹進一朵來自蓮花天堂的" 紅光蓮花譚崔Red Light Tantra", 這股能量協助海底輪能量的合一與和諧, 之後再做瑜珈.

2. 天堂油的身體調理: 每人選一瓶脈輪天堂油來滋養調理身體

若有多餘的時間, Sula會為您以橘光的能量來疏通頸部, 這對於喉輪有很好的幫助!

Activity Contend: 1. I will lead four simplely exercise of yoga. Before you do every exercise, I will blow the energy of Red Light Tantra which is from Lotus Heven into your root chakra, after reciving this energy you do yoga exercise . This energy will help your root chakra got unity and peace.

2. Nourish your body with Akasha paradise oil: you choose one bottle of paradise oil for your body and got nourished.

If time is allowed, I will cleansing your neck with orange energy, it will help your throat chakra.
